Skims Brand Research Report
This project was developed as part of my Design Studio Assessment and focuses on the in-depth analysis of SKIMS, a globally recognised shapewear and lifestyle brand founded by Kim Kardashian.
The report examines the brand’s identity, positioning, and personality, while critically evaluating its messaging, typography, and visual storytelling. I explored how SKIMS has cultivated “brand love” by blending inclusivity, minimalism, and cultural relevance into its strategy.
Through a magazine-style layout, I combined research with bold imagery, a neutral-toned palette, and typographic consistency to reflect the brand’s sleek yet approachable aesthetic. This project not only demonstrates my ability to conduct brand research but also highlights my skills in publication design, layout composition, and storytelling through design.
